The last of our Gramona stockpile and we saved the best for last. This Cava is spectacular with a super complex flavour profile. We opened this to celebrate my new job in Aged for 99 months on the lees and disgorged in 2022. Solera for the dosage. A blend of Xarello and Macabeu.

 Marzipan and marigold on the nose. Golden in the glass. Brioche, butter, almond, green apple and peach with some lemon zing on the lasting finish. Multiple layers on the palate.
