The typical representative is with a spicy nose of field herbs. Very peppery and quite powerful on the palate. Fine stone-fruit aromas add to the crisp and fruity overall impression. Selected grapes were picked at the beginning of October, crushed and gently pressed after 6 hours of maceration. The self-clearing must was chilled and left to ferment slowly in 100% stainless steel tanks. The wine aged on its lees for several months to build its fine, elegant and crisp style.

Red dry organic wine. Very subtle and sophisticated aromas, sweet blackberries and dark berries with a mineral foundation and a certain spice. Typical Burgundian type.
