La Champine is made from Syrah whose vine age varies between 4 and 15 years. The wine is aged for 12 months , 85% in stainless steel vats and the rest in barrels of 4 to 5 years.

Notes of red fruits, fresh, vibrant, concentrated supple tannins with a smooth, round finish.

Pairs well with red meats and cheeses.
