Clear with a straw tint. Medium-full body, medium acid. Round, smooth and well balanced, with a pleasantly assertive character and a lingering finish.
This versatile sake can be served warmed, room temperature or chilled. It is aged for approximately 6 months to achieve its mellow flavor.\n
Pairing Notes: Delicious with tempura, full flavored fish and shellfish, fresh green vegetable dishes, and coconut-based Asian dishes.
