Gavi di Gavi is a dry white wine from the Piedmont region of Italy.It's also known as Cortese di Gavi, and is made from the Cortese grape, which is native to the area.The wine is produced in a 1,200-hectare vineyard area around the town of Gavi, about 50 kilometers north of Genoa.
Gavi di Gavi is known for its crisp, refreshing taste, with notes of citrus, melon, apricot, and almond. It also has a bright acidity and delicate floral aromas, and pairs well with seafood, creamy pasta, grilled chicken, and aperitifs.
