• 100% Garnacha • Ancestral farming by hand and horse • 1.1HA vineyard planted with a rare clone from Catalunya, and the vines are 150+ years old • The vineyard is next to the Perquilauquen River which flows from the Coastal Range East towards\nthe Andes • Alluvial and granitic soils • Hand harvested • Fermented with indigenous yeast in open-top fermenters, with hand punch downs • Aged for 2 years in old barrels from various cooperages
