The second name, "Yunagi," is based on the image of the saké's pleasant drinking experience, like the evening calm of the Seto Inland Sea, into which the Nishiki River flows in front of the brewery.

It is a gem with a graceful and gentle aroma, a delicate and mellow mouthfeel, a supple and elegant taste, and a crisp finish.
