Clean, colorless with silver reflections and medium tears. It reminds us of dried fruits such as black raisins and almonds, also of fresh fruits such as red apples, and with citrus notes. Something herbaceous and cocoa references.

Medium bodied with moderate intensity. A frank Pisco that makes references to fresh grass, cocoa, dried fruits such as raisins and an aftertaste of almonds.
