After being aged in new charred oak casks; Filibuster adds their signature "Dual Cask" twist with a secondary aging in California wine barrels. This process bestows the 4- to 6-year-old blended bourbon with additional fruity nuances; such as cherries and apricots; which are joined by floral; honey; vanilla; and caramel accents on the palate. The slightly warming finish brings with it more caramel; spice; and tannins.
