This wine comes out of the gate swinging. On opening it is meaty and gamey, with high toned red fruit. There is orange peel, plum, raspberry and blackcurrant on the nose with spice and bramble that carry through to the palate.
The is a great balance of both high acid tones and lush ripe fruit tones with a long and refreshing finish.
Pairings Enjoy with meat, pizza, or pasta with red sauce.
