The name Nova comes from the vineyard ”vignanova” where I grow white varieties planted in 2003. I am convinced that Bolgheri can also give us great whites of Mediterranean character. In this wine, I search the balance between the fresh minerality of Vermentino and the rich complexity that the Viognier can give.
