• 100% Verdicchio • Vines are 30 years old on average • Calcareous clay soils • South and southwest exposure • Fruit selection and harvest for the Brut occurs approximately one week before grapes are picked for the Verdicchio di Matelica bottling • Wine rests on the lees for 10 months • Charmat method, otherwise known as Metodo Martinotti, whereby the secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave to preserve the wine's purity and freshness • Residual Sugar: 4.8 g/L • ABV: 12% • 800 cases produced annually
