Enate - Rosado

Tasting Notes: The Cabernet Sauvignon, carefully cultivated until the grapes are fully ripened, comes into its own in this single varietal wine. Its powerful and remarkably fruity bouquet highlights the scents of the grape (bilberries, strawberry, pepper). Full bodied, the balancing acid gives this wine a lively and supple character. This wine has shown continuity collecting 3 consecutive Golden Bacchus awards for Best Spanish Rose. Its evolution on the palate gives a long flavorsome finish accentuated by varietal aromas.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at 8°-10° C. The wine will show its best with poultry in currant sauces, rice dishes, pastas, soufflés, etc.
