2015 Chardonnay has intriguing aromatics of golden apples, citrus blossoms, melon, Bartlett pears, clay, and white flowers. It is well balanced, clean and crisp on the palate with bright flavors of stone fruit, citrus, crèmebrûlée, and quince. This wine is layered with complex flavors that are lifted by vibrant acidity leading to a long, refreshing finish with just a hint of French oak.
This wine pairs well with many seafood or fowl dishes as well as rich cheeses. Some of our favorite suggestions are chicken in a morel cream sauce or Époisses
