This is a Cali Chard and it's not shy about it. The Dusoil expression is creamy, toasty, and aromactic--sporting luxurious concentrations of golden apple, fresh cream, vanilla bean, baking spices, and even perhaps a bit of grilled pineapple. And yet, considering the restraint and balance here,never have guessed it comes from Lodi, but more likely would have suspected it hales from a high-end AVA on the North Coast!
Drink it with buttered lobster rolled, prawns, or baked ham and pineapple.
