Dos Buhos is an organic family winery on the Mexican Altiplano, at the foot of the Los Picachos mountains near San Miguel de Allende. This is 100 percent Tempranillo from their own vineyards in the Guanajuato appellation, at 13 percent alcohol. Mexican wine is still a rarity on most lists, and this is one of the country's better-known estates.
