Domaine De Chevalier

Medium to deep ruby-red color. Aromas are restrained but display ripe cassis & dark plum character, overlaid by coffee notes. Typically this is well in balance, the dark fruits currently lack body, but the acidity is lively.

The tannins are supple, the alcohol is balanced but the finish is just of average length
