DOM PERIGNON P3 88 WOOD BOX

Very pale tomatoey pink and very gentle mousse. Thoroughly evolved, mature nose of great complexity and some umami quality. Super-clean and almost soft in texture.

A great partner for food - turbot with broad beans and girlies. Very long. Difficult to give the right drinking window for this!
