DOM CAMBOS COTES DE GASCOGNE BLC IGP 2015

Very clear pale yellow colour. Sweet, exuberant and very greedy nose. Aromas of jelly and quince, grapefruit and tangerine complete the impression of biting into a fresh grape. The ample and stewed finish reveals notes of dried apricot and ripe fruit.

It goes wonderfully with a blue-veined cheese, a pastry or a king product from the South-West: foie gras. Can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Serve chilled between 8 and 10°C.
