Di Giovanna Catarratto 'V.3 Vasca Tre' 2023 3L (Bag In Box) 2023

Catarratto is one of the characteristic vines of western Sicily’s Contessa Entellina (Palermo) where the Di Giovanna family has been cultivating their organic vines for five generations. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and then aged on their lees for another 6 months. The result is an aromatic and fresh expression of this beautiful varietal with notes of lemon, wildflowers and a hint of rosemary. An expressive bouquet of citrus notes, white flowers and stone fruits. Medium in body, fresh with a beautiful acid core. Layers of stone fruits linger.
