DESCRIPTION
Deutz has been in Ay since 1838 and makes its rose mostly from Pinot Noir. Bright salmon in the glass, with cherry, raspberry and pomegranate over citrus confit and a chalky note. Medium bodied with lively acidity, then pink grapefruit, nectarine and a light biscuit note riding a very fine mousse. Refined rather than showy, and it holds that through the finish.
