Philadelphia's Dad's Hat Distillery ages Pennsylvania rye whiskey (95% rye, 5% malted barley) in new char-3 American oak before finishing in locally sourced maple syrup casks for three months. The result is a sweet, spicy whiskey with pronounced maple, cinnamon and toasted oak. Bottled at 90 proof, non-chill-filtered.
