DESCRIPTION

Salealto consists of equal parts Insolia, Zibbibbo and Grillo. Strong golden yellow with green reflections. Open notes with hints of beeswax, yellow flowers, acacia, red apple and green pepper. Very refreshing on the palate, low acidity, fine saltiness and a wonderful fruit exoticism. In the deep finish, herbal spice and expansive fruit with beautiful freshness-definitely aerate.

COLOR - White
AROMA - Aromas of graphite, yellow spring flower and white stone fruit waft out of the glass. A blend of Insolia, Grillo and Zibibbo, the lean linear palate features Meyer lemon, yellow apple and bitter almond alongside brisk acidity. A hint of saline marks the finish.
