Stuff Happens?

Received an open bottle with about 15-20% of the liquid missing. When I inquired with support, they refunded me my purchase. I asked about just getting a new bottle sent -- but the response was "This commonly happens during shipping." I won't be ordering from Wine Chateau in the future.
