CORTES DE CIMA CHAMINE WHITE 2018

A barrel aged blend of local and international varieties grown on our cool Atlantic coastal vineyards and in the warmer Alentejo interior. The wine shows an elegant palate, with delicate citric floral notes. A gastronomic wine, with rich fruit flavours and a good acidity.

Perfectly accompanies a fat fish, dishes with expressive acidity like ceviche, or even a medium intensity meat.It should be consumed between 10 to 12ºC.
