DESCRIPTION

Very dark; bacon fat, lardon, blackcurrant airs on the nose which is intense, probing. The palate has knuckle within its compact richness, the tannins carrying a firm feel, are resolute. This is solid, square-jawed Cornas, a grounded do. 

It carries good potential, is a long distance wine, the length very sure, and a classic note of iron late on.
