Corazón Extra Añejo is produced at Casa San MatÃas, one of Jalisco's oldest family-owned distilleries. Made from 100% blue agave, it is slow-cooked, double-distilled, and aged in oak barrels for at least three years. The extra aging imparts deep caramel, spice, and oak notes while maintaining agave purity. It reflects the distillery's balance of tradition and patience.
