wine offers aromas of meyer lemon, golden delicious apple, pine needles, Asian pear, lemon blossom, lemon verbena and fresh pear. On the palate, it shows notes of meyer lemon, Granny Smith apple, fresh pear and mineral/river rock.

There is no oak influence, with a crisp acidity that carries all the way through. Delicate fruit on the nose subtle lemon lime. Light palate weight. Medium intensity light citrus flavours with mouth puckering acidity.
