It was a pale salmon color in the glass. The nose presented a lot of oxidized tree fruits: bruised apple, ripe pear, apricot, and ripe peach. The oxidative nature also presented a bit of honey and nuttiness.
The palate was slightly off-dry, with fine bubbles, leading to a medium long finish.
