This organically and biodynamically farmed Melon de Bourgogne comes to us from Domaine de la Bregeonette’s Stephane Orieux.

With flavors of lime, pear, seashell and a hint of bread dough, this wine is bright and delicious, with a strong minerality that makes it a perfect pairing for clams and mussels in a butter sauce with parsley and garlic.
