Starting with a decently rich nose dominated by aromas of golden raisins, this medium-bodied Oaked chard has the vanilla notes needed to give it an apricot custard flavor. It’s extremely accessible, easy to pair with a wide array of dishes, and definitely worth drinking again. Both nose and flavor were somewhat reserved, and it might be worth letting this bottle warm slightly to somewhere between refrigerator and room temperatures to better appreciate it.
Intensely fruity. Guava, pear, unripe starfruit or green mango. Being a miami native, this wine is like trying to eat backyard fruit before its ripe- not what you were expecting or hoping for, but better than not having fruit. Thick texture and sour. Oak is very moderately tasted but it comes through on the nose.
