COA TEQUILA REPOSADO

he aromas begin with caramel and a slightly funky, sour note which gradually fades into the round vanilla aromas. Subtle baking spices, tame white pepper and lightly toasted nuts. Dried fruit: apricots and raisins. The caramel and vanilla morph into a butterscotch richness. With a little breathing time, thyme, tea and cut grass emerge.

An incredible oily, buttery texture coats your entire palate. There is salinity and an umami element. As a counterpoint, the tame white pepper of the nosing, takes on a near fiery presence. Assertive agave fruitiness. Spices punching through: cinnamon and cloves. Hazelnut and butterscotch rounding out the profile and bringing it all together.
