Chinola® Passion Fruit Liqueur is a handcrafted beverage made from distilled spirits and real passion fruit from our dedicated farms. Through our unique blend and proprietary formulation, we have created a ‘natural’ liqueur with unparalleled taste and versatility. It can be consumed by itself or mixed with a base spirit, wine or sparkling wine to create a top-quality cocktail.
The passion fruit hybrid we grow is unique to us. It took 3 years to cultivate our passion fruit because we selected only the top performing plants with the best taste profile. Our farms are also home to pigs, mules, cows, goats, and chickens – all of whom play an integral part in our unique farming process. Passion fruit grows on vines like grapes, where beautiful purple and white flowers bear fruit in 2 to 3 months. The flowers open only once for a few hours, which is why our pollination techniques are critical.

This stuff is just amazing- can’t say enough about it! I first tried it with my husband at a speakeasy/cocktail bar in downtown Boston! I saw they had a bunch of cocktails with passionfruit included so I asked the bartender to make me a drink with bourbon & anything PASSIONFRUIT- and boy let me tell you- he did NOT disappoint! I am a lover of all things passionfruit so when he made me the drink I had to go up to the bar and ask him which type of passionfruit they use- was it natural juice from the fruit? Was it a pressed type of juice you can buy at the store? Was it a simple liqueur ? Etc etc… I NEEDED to KNOW lol. He showed me the bottle and let me take a photo of it and also try it on its own. I’m so glad I asked because it’s not as easy to get as I had imagined. The liqueur comes from the Dominican Republic and only certain distributors sell it like Total Wines. We’ll we’re from PA and we don’t have Total Wine since Pa sucks as a state and liquor sales are controlled by the state…so prior to leaving Massachusetts, I begged my husband to stop by a local total wines and bought myself an ENTIRE CASE! THE PRICE PER BOTTLE (regular price not on sale or clearance) was 31.99$. SO IM SORRY BUT THIS WEBSITE STATING ITS NOW ON “SALE” for 38.99$ is absurd because you can literally get it for 32$ at any nearby Total Wines or call your local liquor store and ask f they carry it. Unfortunately, the Fine Wine & Good Spirits distributor in Pennsylvania does NOT carry it. Bummer. Sure glad I stocked up before I came back to this BS state. (Also got my entire family hooked on this stuff!) :) ✨Try w/ the following cocktail & measurements are up to your tastebuds: ➡️3oz DECENT BOURBON …� [we prefer Makers, Angels Envy, or Woodford reserve] (or whiskey if you prefer that) ➡️ 1.5oz GINGER BEER � ➡️ 3oz CHINOLA PASSIONFRUIT LIQUER � ➡️ 1/2 oz or generous squeeze of lime juice or � ➡️ 4-5 FRESH MINT LEAVES � ➡️ PLAIN OR FLAVORED CLUB SODA � …� [we prefer the Polar flavored Sodas like ‘pineapple passionfruit’ or ‘blueberry guava’ -<⚡️ both are amazing but any yummy flavors CLUB SODA will taste great > 1️⃣: Combine bourbon, Chinola, lime/lemon juice into a shaker and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE ��� 2️⃣: MUDDLE/CRUSH 3 mint leaves in a fancy glass � 3️⃣add ice & ginger beer **{save a few mint � to garnish your drink @ the end}** 4️⃣: pour delicious shaker mixture over ice mixture @ top off with your favorite club soda, garnish with a lime/lemon slice & a few mint leaves & DRINK!! ….. it’s a �DREAM ☄️in your mouth! � Oh and buy this at your local liquor store or online through Total Wines for 31.99$ (+ shipping/handling 5$) not here for 41.97$!!!
