Founded in 1973, the Chateau St. Jean cellar was designed in the European style, where individual vineyard lots could be kept separate throughout the winemaking process to allow the individual character and expression of each site to be fully captured. It’s not surprising that the winery soon became a leader in vineyard designated wines.Today, the Chateau St. Jean wine collection reflects our many years working with the exceptional vineyards of Sonoma County.
