DESCRIPTION
Pontet-Canet was the first classified Pauillac to go biodynamic, certified organic in 2010 and biodynamic by Demeter in 2014. The 2020 is 60 percent Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, raised in half new oak and a third in amphora. Blackcurrant and black cherry with crushed walnut, grilled thyme, cocoa and graphite, bright acidity and creamy tannin.
