DESCRIPTION
Musar has been made in the Bekaa Valley since 1930, through a civil war that stopped production only twice. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan, released late and famously unlike anything else. Matured stone fruit, plum and fig with liquorice and spice, then juicy black fruit, mocha and leather. It needs air: many people find it at its best a day or two after opening.
