Organic certification since 2015 and use algae instead of copper. Wine aged in concrete, no oak. Pulpy blackcurrant, hit of licorice.
The winery is located on the beautiful Saillans in Gironde, France. Established at the start of 1730 in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux region, they have been cultivating vineyards organically and transforming fine grapes into exemplary wines since 2012. The estate, along with its vineyards, rests among the hills facing south, producing exceptional wines which received 1st Gold medal at Concours General Agricole de Paris in 1906.
