Gruaud-Larose is a star of the Saint-Julien appellation. The 2011 is a big, spicy and tannic red which will is amazing for any Bordeaux lover.
Black fruit and plum are dominant on the nose, enhanced by interesting floral aromas and notes of cedar. While it is a tannic wine, its acidity ensures a beautiful freshness and a perfect balance.
We love the long finish and its potential for ageing: if you are patient enough, it will only improve in the bottle.
