Chateau de Fontenille Entre Deux Mers 2021

Light straw yellow in color. Hints of tropical fruit on the nose. Light body on the palate with the tropical notes carrying through, as well as a bit of white peach. Just enough acidity on the finish. Beautiful color, great aroma and flavor.

40% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% of each Sauvignon Gris, Sémillon & Muscadelle make an interesting aromatic and flavoursome wine here. Opening with layers of citrus (lemon, orange), followed by tropical fruit, stewed apple, apricot & ginger. A crisp onset with high acidity, balanced by roundness and complexity of flavours.
