This magnificent hillside on the left bank of the Vienne River, located on the edge of the Chinon is an exceptional clay-limestone terroir for Chenin Blanc. The vines were planted between 1994 and 1999.
After pressing the fruit, the wine was vinified in 225 liter barrels - one-third of which were new and adding to the unctuous character of this full-bodied white wine.
