• Practicing Organic • 100% Chardonnay • Campbell Ranch (West Sonoma Coast AVA) • Old Wente selection planted in 1999 • Goldridge sandy loam soil • All clusters are crushed before pressing to tank • Juice is encouraged to hyper-oxidize for 24 hours before going into barrel • Native yeast fermentation • Aged 18 months in 500 liter puncheons (20% new ) • Racked into stainless steel for 6 months before bottling • 280 cases produced • 13% abv.
