Celler Vall Llach Priorat Embruix 2016

Deep cherry red in color with a garnet rim, this wine contains soft aromas of black plumbs, cherry liqueur, freshly milled spice (including clove and black pepper), intertwined with earthy mineral notes.

The grapes come from young vines grown in little plots composed of the legendary slate soils typical of Priorat. Separately harvested, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump-overs and punch-downs. After that, they underwent malolactic fermentation in the tanks.
