Cascahuin Tequila Blanco Tahona

An amazing blanco, complex and satisfying. Agave aroma, sweet ripe agave flavor. A pleasant creamy or buttery flavor is present, along with black pepper and anise at the finish. Great mouthfeel, a touch oily. A pleasant finish. Crisp and clean for 84 proof. 

This 84 proof lowlands Tahona tequila is made in the traditional way. Deep well water, stone/brick oven, Tahona crushed and copper pot stills. It shows! The nose is wonderful. It’s fresh agave, lime, minerals, mint, cut grass and sea air.
