This is the '200 Copas' cristalino from the collaboration between Casa Dragones and Karol G. A cristalino is an aged tequila that's been filtered to remove the color, so you get the smoothness of oak aging in a spirit that looks like a blanco.
It's handcrafted in small batches from 100% blue agave and aged for over 12 months in custom American oak barrels. Expect oak, honey and sweet roasted agave, with a very smooth finish. It's made to sip, not to shoot.
Serve it chilled, neat or over a single large cube, in a small wine glass or a copita. It works well as a toast at a celebration, and pairs with ceviche, tacos al pastor or a light dessert. A fun gift for a Karol G fan or anyone curious about cristalino tequila.
