DESCRIPTION
Malvasia di Casorzo is a red grape grown in a small corner of Piedmont, and this cooperative, founded in 1951, makes most of what exists. Lightly sparkling and sweet but low in alcohol, around five percent. Rose petals on the nose, then ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry with a little spice. Cleansing rather than cloying. Serve it cold.
