Cantina del Taburno Greco 2022 is a white wine from Campania, Southern Italy. It's made using grapes grown in a vineyard with clayey and calcareous marl soil, where the vines are trained using an Espalier (Guyot) system and there are 4,000 vines per hectare. The grapes are harvested manually at the end of September when they are fully ripe. The grapes then go through destemming, crushing, soft pressing, and fermenting at 15 degrees Celsius in stainless steel vats
