• Annually released small batch Canadian whiskey produced by Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky • Distilled at an undisclosed northern Canadian distillery • Undisclosed bourbon mash bill of corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley • Aged 14 years; initially aged in Canada and re-barreled at Preservation Distillery in a combination of new American oak, ex-bourbon, and new French oak barrels • Blended in micro-batches of 1–3 barrels • Non-chill filtered; 50.5–51% ABV
