The 2019 Chardonnay Callejón del Crimen Single Vineyard from Gualtallary, Uco Valley spent 13 months in French barrels. Golden yellow in color. The aromas include quince, herbs and anis as well as chocolate box notes from the aging process. Creamy and indulgent with good volume and a smooth texture, the keen freshness is accompanied by oaky flavors before the vanilla finish. An accomplished high altitude white.
