First discovered this in Italy. Much lighter and easier to drink than Fernet, but still very flavorful and pleasant for an after dinner drink. Best served chilled, as advertised on the bottle. Obviously, still a bitter, herbaceous drink, but to me, strikes the perfect balance between a sweet amaro like Montenegro or Averna, and something more robust, like Braulio (which is very piney) or Amaro Sfumato (which is quite smokey and aptly named.) One of my absolute favorites!
