DESCRIPTION

Delicious Caffo Vecchio Amaro del capo. Made from an ancient family recipe of 29 Calabrian aromatic herbs and roots. It has intense, earthy, herbal notes and makes a perfect summertime digestivo.


Amaro del Capo is dark brown in color and fairly opaque. Taken as a digestif, it's meant to be served at freezer temperatures in small glasses. It smells and tastes like honey, mint, dusty spices and licorice. The citrus component is muted, but there's a lingering finish of sweet minty notes and honey. It's a decent substitution for other dark amari like Averna or Ramazzotti.

Don't have one good thing to say!!

Ordered on 5/4 as of 5/19 still haven't received my one bottle that I paid 25.00 shipping they won't refund my money because they say it already shipped but that can't give a delivery date every time I call customer service they say by 7:00pm tomorrow it will be there. Oh ya and they charged 3.00 for delivery insurance what a f-ing scam!!$
