Cabernet Sauvignon 'Central Coast', Turning Tide 2021

This is widely available and fairly priced wine made from organic grapes that is as complex as wines many times its price. Aromas of dark strawberry, fresh flowers and toasty oak are juicy and joyous on the nose.

The palate is quite grippy in texture, offering solid and rich flavors of marjoram, sandalwood and red fruit, finishing on a chocolate tone.
